[IDEA] Only punish users who didn't make contact after the detection #20

Sooo this idea just actually popped out from an admin talk about the usage of your script. If somebody has a really good reason to use proxy we would allow it.

So the concept is:

  1. X gets the message about proxy detection
  2. X gets 10 minutes time to respond to the admins somehow
  3. If X haven't responded X gets punished.
