Feature request: new admin commands #10

Add some admin commands:

~teamadmin teams join %player% %team% (force join a player into a team)~

teamadmin kick %player% (forcekick a player)

~teamadmin disband %team%~

yeah the kick command will be also for offline players; as for disband it's already like this
