No portfolio pictures shows nothing #112

Description:

When an artist has no portfolio pictures, the tab is completely empty.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to artist portfolio
  2. Remove all portfolio pics
  3. Observe empty tab

    Proposed Solution:

    Add atleast a none message, maybe a placeholder image like when you go to web page that isn't found.
