Centered the no artists registered message on the browse artists page, enabled the notification checking code but changed the interval to 30 seconds to avoid a huge load on the server for now, changed the appointment set up to show a no addons message rather than an empty select, fixed some bugs with the List Input, made the list input show descriptions instead of ID's, added a redirect to the appointment info page after setting up an appointment successfully, added appointment date to appointment info page, added default date to the appointment setup input to today.
