Updated json definition of megaservice with information of new source #10

Most complete entry we have so far. We should discuss any short comings based on this antipattern. E.g. should we split the strings so each sentence is in a new line, so changes in pull requests are better highlighted? Should we rename cause to context? how can we add the evidence of the sources if we have multiple sources?...
