Describe the issue

Industrial Foregoing's uses Tesla Lib for machine frames and upgrades. For some reason the upgrades do not exist so no Industrial Foregoing machines can be upgraded with to be faster or more energy efficient.

That is intentional. If you wish you can manually re-enable them.
