Please describe the issue you are experiencing

When rejoining a world empty buckets don't get extracted and become stuck in the water mill. The current fix is to remove and replace the water mills for them to work properly.

Setup

  1. Place Water Mill
  2. Put Input and Export Pipe
  3. Place Water Buckets into the Water Mill
  4. Power the Export Pipe with Redstone Engines
  5. Exit and Return

Reported to the mod author, thank you! By the way, you should install the vanilla Sphax patch as well as the modded one :)
