Logistics Pipes incompatability crashes initialization #1965

I am using the pack as downloaded for 0.10.4 but it crashes during start up. removing logistics pipes fixes this but I need them for the server I'm on. It also likes to delete the mod from the folder after the crash which is sus? Here is the crash log. crash-2022-04-13_13.46.29-client.txt had a similar issue yesterday, replacing logisitics pipes with a copy from curseforge of the same version seemed to resolve the issue? but I have the issue again and have been unable to find a solution.

That's strange, considering the version we ship with the modpack is identical to the CurseForge one. Did you try to do a clean reinstall?

yep and did another today, and I got an identical issue

Does replacing the Logistics Pipes version resolve the issue until a specific time? Can you elaborate on this?
