Create generalmiscreant some progress made 1.7.10 pack crit error #1971

This is after updating drivers restarting computer reinstalling pack in that order. I do not know if the original log went through, if you check the comments back on the issue page that I started originally I described the issue more in depth as I kept trying to play with it and as I made progress in my own troubleshooting (sorry there are like 8 more comments to read). I hope they help you fit the last pieces together
