Pixel issue

I have and issue when holding items I have just on solid color pixel on my screen please help thanks

Can you explain in further detail, including a screenshot? Did you modify the modpack at all?

No i have not modified it at all just downloaded it and it works half way but I can’t hold any items or the block I look at I see that texture

The first is regular with like black spots here and there and when I hold and item the blocks color that I look at covers my screen

Can you run other similar modpacks? I believe this issue is to do with with your system.

Yes I can run every other pack no issues but it doesn’t like this pack for some reason
