Fpp connect to Set e131 Inputs in FPP (Fpp based controllers) #2747

Most use the DDP option as its probably superior all around, but there are a few that still use e131 for everything. If you push a cape config form FPP connect (box checked) it does not set inputs. Only doing a upload form the controllers tab sets inputs in fpp.

Easy addition to add that to fpp connect?
