Make Shimmer different based on Phoneme #3449

I was working with adding "-SHIMMER" to a few phonemes in a sequence, and I noticed that while it looked good on the singing props, the singing faces look really awkward when shifting from O to Rest or AI to Rest. So, I was thinking it would be nice if, based on the phoneme, using shimmer would do the following:

AI Phoneme - switch between AI and E or AI and L O Phoneme - switch between O and U or O and WQ WQ Phoneme - switch between WQ and U

The only problem with this is people regularly dont have different images for some of those phonemes. Wesp O and WQ and O and U they use the same images.
