When adding a Timing Track have it show up in all Display Element Views by default

Describe the solution you'd like When adding a new timing track I would like it to show up in all of my Display Element views automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered Turn them on manually using the display elements dialog. While this works typically when creating a timing track I would expect most users would want to be see it across the various views without going through additional steps

+1. As I add new props to my display, I create a view with all the new models so I can easily "fill" them in with effects. I also use views for my singing faces and always have to bring in timing tracks so I can more easily add face/state effects.

Any objections to always making it available vs add a preference?

Non Master Views are stored in the xrgb effects file, this will edit it on every timing track addition.
