Tool Icon Size option does not affect AC Lights toolbar

Describe the bug Setting the icon size to large/extra large only change the main effects toolbar. It does not impact the AC Lights toolbar, but it should.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: (and/or link to a short video showing the problem with audio track describing what you are doing)

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen and why.

Actually I think it should impact all the toolbars, including the file/open/save/play one

Some are system icons .. and controlled by windows zoom ratio.
