Save is forced when Model is Locked (no sequence needed) #4906

All of my models on the "Layout" tab are locked. If I click on a model and drag my mouse, the button turns red wanting me to save and the usual message appears upon exit. If I click on a model without dragging and release the button (left click), it will act normally not wanting to have it saved.

This is not a game changer but seems like it would be an easy fix.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open up xLights
  2. click on the "Layout" tab
  3. make sure all models are locked (if this step needs to be performed, I would recommend saving and restarting xLights before next step)
  4. click and hold down the left mouse button
  5. release without dragging (everything should stay the same)
  6. click and hold down the left mouse button
  7. drag the model (the model should not have moved as expected but the button lights up.

Expected behavior Since nothing is changing in the placement of the model in the layout, there should be no reason to save. Screenshots Not applicable since there are no error messages
