User Class #9

Functionality needs completing.

Class has had the shell layed out & some functionality adding, but needs adding to & testing. use ./usertest.php in the root to test the class after you've implemented the functionality

Almost finished now. Tested a a lot of the functionality and it works, so shouldn't be too much left to do
