Hey is this involved with ads or is this purely just a tweak. This tool is more focused on ads than tweaks if it is. If not a little more info would be amazing!

In the past their "Recommendations" have often meant ads. So I assumed this is related to more targeted advertising. I just noticed it appeared today in my Windows Explorer so figured it was something new. Doing some reading it appears they have a noble intention with it ( https://www.theverge.com/2023/3/8/23630852/microsoft-file-recommendations-explorer-insider-testing ), so for now I guess it's just a tweak. But I would not be surprised if it's an ad later down the line. Feel free to ignore this for now.
