Installed PWA doesn't re-open with last visited tab on Android #171

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install app (save to home screen) using Chrome
  2. Open app from home screen
  3. Open a tab
  4. Close and kill app
  5. Open app again

Expected Result: Open with last visited tab's summary open

Actual Result: Open on tabs overview screen

Happens also after a certain amount of time without killing the app explicitly.
