Inconvenient to be unable to see tags you have created

As a user, I would want to see what tags I have created so that I can be able to assign my tags accordingly. Having to check whether a tag is there already before assigning it creates extra hassle as a user.

Program allows creation of multiple global tags, but there is no way to show all created tags. This makes it very hard for users to know what tags have been created but hidden.
