As of right now it doesn't seem to be able but I wanna know whether that was never the purpose of this bot, to be able to compelte a matchmaking or is it an issue now because of season 5 update

that was never the purpose of the bot, the bot is 4 years old before people reversed the matchmaking flow, the purpose is to show cosmetics in the lobby, i would say you can add matchmaking yourself and id merge it but epic isnt happy w/ it so for now it wont be added
