enter for paragraph #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to end the paragraph, get some space and begin a new paragraph.
instead i get a new line to start, not a new paragraph, no space between
the lines.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 43, linux, kubuntu 9.10 with kde sc 4.4rc2

Please provide any additional information below.
i would use 'shift + enter' for a new line and 'enter' for ending one and
begin a new paragraph with typical space between them.

This is a plain text editor, the current behaviour is what they all do.
