Add UI for audio

Currently there is a hardcoded list of music sources.

Make it so they can have meaningful names and add a UI to edit them.

Well... other radio stations is easy.

Local audio files and playlists... not so easy. If I go that way, it starts 
becoming 
sort of a full-fledged audio player, and I don't want that on my shoulders :-)

that is absolutely ok, because i am able to start and setup amarok for that. 
maybe it
is possible to add volume control or media player control, if an compatible one 
is
found? (there are plasma-widgets that can do so, maybe there is something in 
there u
can use?)
