autosave / backup #45

Maybe an autosave or backup feature would be nice.
It could be autosave (this is, every n seconds save the file you're 
modifying automatically) or a backup file like Vim and many other editors 
have (.file.swp or file~).

This could be helpful in case some unexpected error arises while one is 
completely focused on writing and forgot to save.

It would be better if one could enable/disable this feature, and maybe some 
other set up (choose between autosave and backup, set time interval, etc.).

I think I'll do the autosave, it's simpler.
