app section in thetranslations marked as "Obsolete" #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any ts file in QtLinguist
2. the "app" section (containing the strings for multi file error dialog 
window - "FOCUS!...") is greyed out, directly in the ts file I see these 
strings marked as Obsolete.
