Implemented:

I created a means to run a given url in different window sizes. Currently it doesn't want to stick to one particular window size, but that's a but for another time.
Alayne created 3x buttons in the frontend for different window sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc)
Keili fixed my botched CSV work, I added in the window dimensions next to the inputted URL in the CSV file.
