Redo website with new theme template #4

My current design is a tad inflexible -- specifically with the projects. Some of the design choices aren't the most cohesive -- looking at the navbar for example it's of a different style compared to the rest of the website. Instead of trying to force it to do what I want, the best way might be to redo it from the beginning.

Okay I think I'm actually just a big dummy. For some reason I was trying to iterate over subsections and not the pages while trying to migrate the index files up a level. I think I just needed to look over another working project to actually understand what the deal is.

This also means I won't have to resort to changing templates altogether. I hate CSS.

Going to use this link as a reference as Zola isn't the most verbose with its error messages.
