Fixes the bug which forces a player to create a new character when they already have a save. Useful for migrating maps from co-op to dedicated servers and from one dedicated server to another.

Can I use this to move my character from one PC to another? #145
I started playing Palworld on my dedicated server, creating a character on my ROG Ally. My son has gotten in to the game so it's basically his character now. I then started playing with him with a new character on an older laptop. I would rather play on the Ally since it's more powerful. Can I use this tool to move my character from the laptop to the Ally, and vice versa with my son's character?
