Fixes the bug which forces a player to create a new character when they already have a save. Useful for migrating maps from co-op to dedicated servers and from one dedicated server to another.

host fix from coop to dedicated server doesnt work for lv32 character #172
Hey,
i tried to convert the coop world to a dedicated server and tried converting the characters.
my character was at lv22 when i converted mine using another programm and it worked perfectly fine.
so runned the server and head on playing.
now my friend is back (he got a lv 32 character) and the other program wasnt working so i tried this one.
as i followed the steps and used the gui.py its giving me following error.
