You can add a Enhanced Weather mod for fabric: https://github.com/TalonFox/EnhancedWeather It would fit in perfectly. Is it possible to do this?

Sry won't add this mod. I my eyes it doesnt fit a minecraft based gameplay but feel free to add that on top of the pack.
