I believe that some chunks have corrupted and I have no clue what to do in order to fix them. Or this issue, is my world screwed?

You added mods to the pack which corrupted your save file

Seems like Immersive Weathering

But you need to figure this out on your own.

Also version 3.x aint compatible with 2.x
