Large number of transactions stay at "Not verified" even when network status is green

Last verified transaction is from 3 days ago. Appears that something isn't syncing the verification properly.

A restart appears to force a check which causes the not verified to go to a green checkmark.

From the website, deleting %AppData%/Garlium/blockchain_headers and restarting apparently solves many problems.
