Added 3 variations of Prismarine Stairs [UPDATED] #11

I added Prismarine Stairs, Prismarine Brick Stairs, and Dark Prismarine Stairs.

I also renamed the class to PrismarineStairsBlock, and I replaced $this with new Placeholder($this) when using setBlock in the block's class.

add Item Totem can use in offhand
