Improves Text Output #19

This PR improves the text output on plugin return to include:

Long text descriptions
Performance Data (for #17)
Only one "main" status indicator that is the same as what Nagios uses
Status indicator for each key in the long text description

To the best of my knowledge this now conforms to the plugin API specified here: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagioscore/docs/nagioscore/3/en/pluginapi.html
