Update io-package.json #354

Now the RAW of this file can be entered as repository in ioBroker. The adapter can thus be installed as an adapter via the ioBroker WebGUI --> Adapter without any problems.

Your changes are not correct, the io-package must start with common and not with wallpanel the adapter is already in the repository of ioBroker and can also be installed via the ioBroker WebGUI, but for now only in the beta repository is not yet in stable. I just tried it and the adapter was also installed without any problems. The tests do not run with your change either, because the config is not found.
