What happened?

Local Tuya does not bring the entities, which are in the cloud, it connects the account, but does not bring the devices or entities.

Steps to reproduce.

Local Tuya dI installed the tuya location as the document and connected to the tuya iot correctlyoes not bring the entities, which are in the cloud, it connects the account, but does not bring the devices or entities.

LocalTuya doesn't works like that it doesn't pull your devices automatically, You have to add your devices on your own by click on configure and add new device, Cloud is just a feature that help you to setup the entities for example "auto configure entities" or "mass auto configure if possible".
