Environment

[ ] Does the device work using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component?
[ ] Is this device connected to another local integration, including Home Assistant and any other tools?
[ ] The devices are within the same HA subnet, and they get discovered automatically when I add them

What happened?

passive devices sends packets every xxx minutes, the value could remain the same for hours... so we don't know if the device is updating or not

is it possible you to update last_updated or last_changed of the entity on packet arrival?!

This is out of my control, Yes we can trick Home Assistant but we won't do it since this is how "Home Assistant" works you may try to give events a shot if you want to make an automations.
