Prettify the names of the stages / groups #24

So, instead of GroupA, make it Group A, etc.

Also: we may want to rename the long running predictions to something with 'knockout stage'.

The Group A has done. The issue is still open just for the second part

Nobody complained about the names, so let's keep it this way.
