Enhancement: continue to run timers after ring #102

Currently, when the timer rings, it is stopped. I think it would be very useful 
if the timer would continue to run (in red), so that you can see how long ago 
the timer expired.

There are some kitchen timers which do this, and it's *very* useful if you are 
out of the room while the timer rings, since you then can see how long ago the 
timer rang when you come back.
