Lost notification alarms #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I no longer get a list of downloaded alarm sounds when trying to select 
custom sounds. I get a very limited list of sounds that came on the phone. It 
used to give a list of downloaded alarm sounds also. Tried deinstall reinstall, 
nothing changed. Samsung Galaxy III-32. Not rooted. 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please include the following info:
Phone model?
Android Version?
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
