Time display cutoff on Galaxy Nexus #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use the seconday and/or tertiary timers.

What is the expected output?

To see minutes and seconds.

What do you see instead?

The ones digit for the seconds is missing.

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Galaxy Nexus
Android Version? 4.0
ROM? Dunno

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
