Not sure what to do with Degeneration aside from attaching the increased affect to the recourse and having it also cast the recourse on your focus, the rest of the currently listed abilities are on the Necro_Warlock branch

I added snippets and pushed them, now let's implement them! Ask questions if any of this is confusing.

• [ ] Armor of Death - Whenever you kill a monster, you gain a counter. Each counter gives 20 armor per rank. (This is similar to Killing Spree for rogue, using the counter system. The armor will be internal for now)
• [ ] Blood Realm - When the necromancer uses a lifetap spell that costs mana, 1% of the mana cost is distributed to the group per rank.
• [ ] Deathly Aura - Increases Grim Aura based spells by 20% per rank
• [ ] Burden of Undead - While the necromancer has an undead only slow spell on an enemy, the target is dealt 0.5% of his max health per tick
• [ ] Death Bloom - Grants the death bloom aa, taking 2% of the the necromancer's health and converting it to mana at a 50% efficiency per rank. Recast time 10 minutes
• [ ] Eternity of Undeath - Eternity damage over time undead spells now deal 20% more damage per rank.
• [ ] Ghoul Claws - Root based spells now deal (root mana cost*5/10) damage per rank. (double check the formula)
• [ ] Lich King - Lich Forms take an additional 5% health, but increase mana regen recourse by 10% per rank
