can there be support for g723.1 #1

this module is meant as a wrapper for bcg729 library, for g723.1 first of all a library that implements the codec must be found and then a separate wrapper must be written.

Hi, the reason to create mod_bcg729 is to avoid Intel binary-only libraries, since they're not free and requires a license to be used even for developers, that's the reason I won't do a codec based on binary only stuff.

In any case a different project must be fired up, since this module is G.729 only.
