修复BrokerInfo#equals和MeterMetric#equals以及其他一些bug 去掉System.out/err打印日志方式为使用Logger 去掉一些没有用的import 优化了一些代码

}

这里存在超时KafkaAdmins对象为null,我将原先代码添加。代码已经合并进dev,感谢你的贡献，希望能持续投入到我们的工作中。
