Can not Add #2 #1

I download and try this. When I add one, it is okay. But when I continue add second task, the first one disappeared and the button turns to "Add #1" again.

To see the console got the error: xaiki_riotjs.js:66 observingRiotMeteor.Observe @ xaiki_riotjs.js:66

insert failed: Method not found meteor.js:887
