Change Readme.md to reflect Recall Requirements #8

You state in your Readme.md that for Recall to work you need an AI blabla Processor like Snapdragon X or new Ryzen. However that is not true. While Microsoft did market it that way (to promote sales) at first it is confirmed by multiple sources (including Microsoft) that it is in fact not a requirement. Either way the whole NPU/AI Engine stuff is just a GPU optimized for AI Workloads and its job can be done by a regular GPU or even CPU and will be done albeit with higher performance impact. Recall is enabled by default on any Windows 11 (with the version it was introduced) and even if you disable it via GPO or regedit it will still safe screenshots regularly just in a less recall-y way.

basically for now it's only shipped on arm64 architecture windows 11 images but it is working just fine on x86 architecture too and can even be emulated without any ai accelerator blabla stuff on your local pc via qemu or other vm/emulator
