Stop playing stream when bluetooth device connect #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch a stream with the multiplayer
2. connect bluetooth audio device
3. multiplayer stop play the stream and can't be relaunched

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is an auto switch of sound on bluetooth device.

What version of the product are you using? On which device ?
V0.8 on Nexus 5

What is the URL of the stream ?
