German Translation #101

Hi,

I translated the project to german. To do this I had to create .strings files for the english texts too, so no more l10n text in the sources 🎉

Since I edited this with macOS 10.13, this will likely break compatibility with older versions of macOS, although I haven't done anything that may lead to this by myself (just Xcode's automagic).

If this PR is not wanted or needed, please just reject it.

(ps. I also added me to the credits)

Someone would have to add the creator of the english translation as I don't know who made it :)

Awesome, thanks so much for doing this!

I haven't contributed to this project in so long, partially because I haven't had the time and energy to get it all set up with a recent version of the Apple development environment, so it's great to hear it's working okay!
