Internationalization #64

The application needs to be restructured for localization, including creating string tables for all user-visible strings, and alternate-language versions of all the interface files.

In-progress on the "internationalization" branch. To be determined: best way to internationalize the XIB files; Wil Shipley's method is tempting, but his code may or may not use a compatible license.

All source code files have been internationalized as of 078bdbe072c61df3b29f9abb34f3689502bd8eaf, tagged as version 0.1.
