Themes copied to the Application Support directory from the location from which the user loads them often have similar or identical names, ("theme.cfg", "blocks.png") which will cause overwrites and ambiguity.
The saner way to do this would be to create a "Themes" subdirectory of Application Support, and a named subdirectory of that for each theme.
