Crash on attempting to add theme with no theme image #95

The application appears to be over-releasing an object after attempting (and failing) to load a theme file that specifies a theme-image file that doesn't exist, resulting in a crash on the next autorelease-pool drain. Seen after attempting to load "iTetBlocks.pdf".

Should be fixed by eaee64b78065ffbbe7fb578264e05fc7241f8359. Ticket will remain open until merged into master.
